Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the New York State on PAUSE Executive Order, which went into effect 8pm on Sunday, March 22. Clarification was provided by the Governor's office and the regional Empire State Development directors on how this Executive Order pertains to the golfing industry in state of New York and have been provided to us by the New York State Golf Association.
New York golf courses are allowed to remain open but they must implement all CDC and state mandated guidelines, and promote safe, social distancing. There is to be no access to pro shops, locker rooms, indoor facilities and restaurants/bars (unless for take-out purposes only).
Play at Radisson Greens Golf Course with the following modifications to the operation and golfer behaviors have been outlined below. We will be conforming with the NYS on PAUSE mandates by closing the building to any public access and operating under a single occupant/employee model that is exempt from designation as an essential business in the NY Executive Order 202.6.
There will be no access allowed to the Proshop or Clubhouse, the Range is Closed.
Tee Times may be booked online and Pre-Paid online.
Phone Reservations will require prepayment over the phone.
E-mail confirmations of your reservation and prepayment will be provided.
Social distancing 6’ requirements will be implemented for communication with the Proshop with cones set at the Proshop window and first tee denoting the CDC required minimum 6’ safe distance from others.
Carts when course conditions permit will be available with a 1 rider per cart policy.
Cart keys will be left in the carts (when in use) and left in the “on” position at all times.
Carts when in use will be sanitized after each use.
A 4” ring has been placed around each flag blocking the cups on the course. A putt that makes contact with the ring is considered holed (allowed by rules modification of the USGA).
Please leave flag sticks in the holes. Do not touch them.
There are no bunker rakes, ball washers, water or restrooms available to golfers on the course.
Obey Social Distancing and safe distances at all times.
Practice good hygiene. Personal hand sanitizer recommended to be used frequently throughout your round.
Make responsible decisions based on your personal risk profile on whether to expose yourself to others at the course.
If you, a family member or someone you’ve been in contact with has any symptoms or is not feeling well, please do not visit the course.
Radisson Greens will continue to monitor the recommendations and mandates by the CDC, local, state and federal authorities and keep you updated if anything changes at the course.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we try to make the best of this challenging situation.
